REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

Discounts:

10% Sibling Discount: Discount is applied when you register your oldest child's sibling/s. It is applied to the lower amount of charged tuition.
Pay in Full by Friday, January 10th, 2025: Tuition rates of 2024-2025 will apply.
WJC Full Family level member in good standing will receive a $500 tuition credit.

PRE-K:

We are offering a Private Pre-K class for 2025-2026; however, we will offer this class only if we have a minimum of 8 students enrolled. Since the option for the district UPK is currently available but the UPK process is not yet finalized, we are taking an Interest Only List. The list is for parents interested in enrolling their child in our Private Pre-K class IF

- they are not placed in our own (WJC) district UPK or

- you prefer our Private Pre-K

Please email Cindy here and she will place your child on the Interest Only List. After district UPK assignments are complete, please email Cindy if you would like to register.

Deposit:

The tuition deposit may be refunded up to one month from the date of your registration minus the $150 registration fee.

Discounts:

Changes to Enrollment:

Changes to decrease days enrolled after July 1st will result in families having to pay for the days originally registered.
Enrollment for the child is for the entire school year and tuition is either paid in full or paid in monthly installments.

Refunds and Withdrawing from School:

Refunds cannot be issued for any missed days.
Families are responsible for the full tuition if the child does not remain enrolled for the full calendar year with exceptions for extenuating circumstances left solely to the discretion of the Woodbury Jewish Center Executive Committee.

Additional One-Time Yearly Fees will be charged on August 15th with your preferred payment method:

A non-refundable Security Fee of $500
Young Family Membership of $360 (optional: more on membership here)

Choosing a Monthly Payment Plan:

We require all families to be on an automatic monthly payment plan with Credit/Debit Card or ACH.
In order to keep your child's spot in the class, the first monthly payment will be charged on August 15th and last payment will be charged on March 15th, total of 8 monthly payments.
Deposit is last two months tuition installments plus $150 non-refundable registration fee..
You must notify us of any changes to your credit card or bank account information or you may log in to your account to update your information accordingly.
A 10% late fee will be added for each late month payment if your automatic payment method does not go through.

Processing Fees (Convenience Fees):

There is no fee for using ACH/Electronic Bank Check.
Credit Card payments, including Debit Cards, will incur 3% processing fee - this is a fee WJC is required to pay for processing credit/debit card transactions.

In the event the class you are registering your child for is full, we will contact you to place your child on the wait-list, and refund your deposit.

Membership: Young Family Membership

This membership will be billed to families whose children are registered in our Early Childhood Education or their oldest is in our Religious School Kindergarten through 2nd grade programs for 2025-2026 year. This membership level is offered at a substantially discounted rate of $360/year, renewable each year and includes all of the benefits of a WJC membership. Once your child enters 3rd grade, we require all families to maintain Full Family level membership.

Please note: Should you choose to opt out of membership, the WJC will not be able to offer most of the benefits listed here, including High Holy Days tickets and programming. This discounted rate falls well below the full operating costs per family required to keep the WJC flourishing. If you choose to opt out, please email office@woodburyjc.org by Aug. 14th.
